About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new joiners in the UAE and KSA
- Oversee day-to-day employee operations and act as a first point of contact for queries
- Manage HRIS (Zelt), AXS platform, and maintain accurate employee data
- Coordinate device procurement, IT management, and license renewals
- Handle vendor management, facility management, and company events
- Own People Ops reporting, dashboards, and payroll administration support
- Administer project and career review cycles
- Manage end-to-end off-boarding processes and final settlements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR or people operations
- Familiarity with GCC HR platforms (e.g., QIWA, AXS)
- Experience with payroll administration in KSA and/or UAE
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
