About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new joiners in the UAE and KSA
  • Oversee day-to-day employee operations and act as a first point of contact for queries
  • Manage HRIS (Zelt), AXS platform, and maintain accurate employee data
  • Coordinate device procurement, IT management, and license renewals
  • Handle vendor management, facility management, and company events
  • Own People Ops reporting, dashboards, and payroll administration support
  • Administer project and career review cycles
  • Manage end-to-end off-boarding processes and final settlements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or people operations
  • Familiarity with GCC HR platforms (e.g., QIWA, AXS)
  • Experience with payroll administration in KSA and/or UAE
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
