Atomgrid is a R&D-focused chemical manufacturing startup dedicated to specialty chemicals. Founded by IIT & IIM founders, we address global sourcing challenges through innovative technology and a passionate team.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring across business, R&D, and operations roles
- Build a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing and partnerships
- Design structured hiring processes and assessment frameworks
- Partner with founders and BU heads to close senior roles
- Build Atomgrid’s employer brand in the chemicals and manufacturing markets
- Set up HR policies and ensure compliance with POSH, Factories Act, and labour laws
- Establish performance management and review cycles
- Build and champion Atomgrid’s company culture from the ground up
Requirements
- 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in a startup or growth-stage company
- Proven success in high-volume and leadership hiring
- Strong foundation as an HR generalist with recruitment as a core strength
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and set up processes from scratch
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a business-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to manufacturing, chemicals, or pharma sectors
