Atomgrid is a R&D-focused chemical manufacturing startup dedicated to specialty chemicals. Founded by IIT & IIM founders, we address global sourcing challenges through innovative technology and a passionate team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hiring across business, R&D, and operations roles
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing and partnerships
  • Design structured hiring processes and assessment frameworks
  • Partner with founders and BU heads to close senior roles
  • Build Atomgrid’s employer brand in the chemicals and manufacturing markets
  • Set up HR policies and ensure compliance with POSH, Factories Act, and labour laws
  • Establish performance management and review cycles
  • Build and champion Atomgrid’s company culture from the ground up

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in a startup or growth-stage company
  • Proven success in high-volume and leadership hiring
  • Strong foundation as an HR generalist with recruitment as a core strength
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and set up processes from scratch
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a business-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to manufacturing, chemicals, or pharma sectors
