People and Culture Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Leaders in people management, including building effective teams, increasing engagement, and conflict resolution
• Manage PC processes in the sales area, including recruitment, selection, employer branding, and onboarding
• Coordinate performance and development reviews and competency planning
• Collaborate on designing and optimizing motivation systems such as bonuses and commissions
• Monitor key HR metrics for sales forces, including turnover, absenteeism, and onboarding efficiency
• Participate in HR projects supporting sales, such as structure standardization and leadership development
• Work closely with central People and Culture teams to implement HR policies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization
• Strong understanding of sales force dynamics (KPIs, commissions, turnover, performance pressure)
• Excellent ability to build partner relationships with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of labor law
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Higher education degree
• Valid Category B driver's license
