About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture function
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes
  • Assist with salary surveys, remuneration updates, and bonus processes
  • Provide administrative assistance for performance reviews and employee benefits programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HRIS
  • Handle first-level employee HR enquiries and generate ad hoc reports
  • Maintain the P&C intranet page and participate in relevant HR projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role within a corporate environment
  • Experience working with HRIS and other HR software systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills and stakeholder management ability
