People Analytics & Workforce Intelligence Lead

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated workforce and people analytics to enable evidence-based decision-making regarding workforce structure, capacity, and cost.
• Translate complex, multi-source datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Integrate workforce data across HR, Finance, and Strategy systems to create a single, aligned view of workforce intelligence.
• Design, build, and maintain intuitive workforce analytics dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
• Lead the transition from fragmented, activity-based reporting to insight-driven, decision-focused analytics.
• Apply AI-enabled techniques and automation to enhance the speed, consistency, and quality of insight generation.
• Establish and maintain clear data definitions, standards, and governance within Oracle HCM environments.
• Partner with senior HR, Finance, and Strategy leaders to support workforce strategy execution and self-service insight adoption.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles.
• Proven expertise in data storytelling—translating complex datasets into actionable leadership insights.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM data modules, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI.
• Advanced analytical skills using Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Experience designing and delivering dashboard-led workforce analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience leveraging automation and AI-enabled analytics techniques to enhance reporting.
• Strong understanding of workforce concepts such as capacity, productivity, performance, and skills.
