People Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of new data sources into the analytics ecosystem to expand organizational data coverage
• Design and implement a comprehensive data governance framework to establish quality standards and privacy protocols
• Develop and maintain robust reporting and business intelligence solutions using visualization platforms
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance and evolve data infrastructure for scalability
• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate business questions into analytical approaches and workforce strategy recommendations
• Oversee and deliver critical mandatory and regulatory reporting requirements
• Act as a steward for data privacy and governance to ensure ethical use of sensitive people data

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience specifically focused on people or HR analytics
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Proven experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker Studio
• Proficiency with cloud-based data warehousing platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, including complex formulas and data modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, HR, Social Sciences, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistical and data analysis tools and methods
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating compelling, data-driven presentations
• Experience with data integration tools or ETL processes
• Bilingualism in English and French
