About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the design, maintenance, and evolution of Formlabs' global compensation system, including bands, levels, equity, and operational policies.
  • Design compensation structures for international markets, specifically within EMEA and APAC.
  • Partner with Finance on planning cycles, merit cycles, and total compensation cost forecasting.
  • Own the people scorecard, ensuring a durable set of metrics flows into leadership reporting and board updates.
  • Manage engagement reporting and ensure broad adoption across all levels of management.
  • Partner with Recruiting leadership to develop recruiting analytics and drive operational improvements through data.
  • Lead and develop a team of 1-2 direct reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, total rewards, workforce analytics, or an equivalent field.
  • Proven experience managing direct reports.
  • Strong analytical rigor and the ability to handle ambiguity in data.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to author clear compensation philosophies.
  • Proficiency with modern data and AI tools to drive velocity in large data projects.
  • A first-principles thinker who prioritizes simplicity and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Greenhouse (ATS), CultureAmp, or various HRIS platforms.
  • MBA and/or quantitative business experience.
  • Global business knowledge and exposure within the technology sector.
