About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic design and evolution of Formlabs' global compensation system, including bands, levels, equity, and variable pay.
- Design compensation structures for international markets, specifically in EMEA and APAC.
- Partner with Finance on planning cycles, merit cycles, and total compensation cost forecasting.
- Own the people scorecard, managing a durable set of metrics for board updates and leadership reporting.
- Improve engagement reporting and ensure broad adoption across all levels of management.
- Lead ad-hoc people analytics projects, including team-based diagnostics, benefits analyses, and retention studies.
- Partner with Recruiting leadership to refine and ensure the adoption of actionable recruiting analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, total rewards, workforce analytics, or an equivalent field.
- Proven experience managing direct reports.
- Strong analytical rigor and comfort with ambiguity in data.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to author clear compensation philosophies.
- Proficiency with modern data and AI tools to drive velocity in large data projects.
- A first-principles thinker who prioritizes simplicity and scalability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Greenhouse (ATS), CultureAmp, or various HRIS platforms.
- MBA and/or quantitative business experience.
- Global business knowledge and exposure within the technology sector.
