People Analytics (Compensation & Benefits)

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of the global HRIS, including data migration, testing, and governance
• Design, build, and enhance core HR dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable people metrics
• Execute key reward processes, including annual compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and benefits renewals
• Provide analytical support for talent reviews, scenario modeling, and workforce planning
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and identify opportunities for automation using emerging AI tools
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver accurate people-related outputs

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR (Compensation & Benefits), HR Analytics, Finance, or a related analytical role
• Proven experience in data and analytics with strong numerical capability
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capability for producing high-quality analysis
• Emerging AI literacy and curiosity regarding how automation can augment people analytics
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
