People Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends in hiring, retention, engagement, and compensation
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Define, document, and standardize key people metrics and reporting methodologies
• Develop automated data pipelines and workflows to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources using APIs and data connectors
• Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to support predictive analytics and trend analysis
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable analytics solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience working with HR, workforce, or people-related data
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis and reporting
• Experience with Python, R, or another scripting language for automation
• Experience working with APIs and data integrations
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as UKG Pro, Greenhouse, or ServiceNow
• Exposure to statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques
