People Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Consult with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for people analytics to drive strategic impact
• Propose project plans from initial identification through to final delivery
• Co-develop and leverage data models and pipelines in Databricks to support analytics and reporting solutions
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards and solutions using Power BI
• Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize metrics and reporting frameworks
• Develop frameworks and processes to ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance
• Plan and organize daily and weekly work independently

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in people analytics, analytics, HR reporting, or similar domains
• Proven technical proficiency in SQL and Power BI
• Experience working with Databricks
• Knowledge of Workday and HR business processes
• Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
