Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the UK, ensuring all People processes are delivered accurately and efficiently
  • Act as the primary People contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies and day-to-day matters
  • Manage employee relations cases including probation, performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance
  • Prepare employment documentation including contracts, contract changes, and settlement agreements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and oversee changes within HiBob to ensure data integrity
  • Produce People insights and reporting to support business decisions
  • Drive operational excellence by improving processes and identifying opportunities to automate work using technology and AI
  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders to deliver a consistent, commercially minded service

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a People Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience managing employee relations cases
  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Proficiency using HRIS platforms such as HiBob
  • High attention to detail in preparing employment documentation
  • Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable with changing priorities
  • Interest in using AI and new technology to improve People team workflows
