PEO Inspector (Softline)

Responsibilities

• Communicate promptly with suppliers and office colleagues to ensure smooth operations
• Follow standard operating procedures to supervise loading, unloading, and non-quality control inspections
• Arrive at assigned work locations on time and maintain regular contact with your supervisor
• Report any issues immediately and handle special situations flexibly and effectively
• Organize inspection photographs and submit detailed reports into the system on the same day
• Assist office colleagues with inquiries related to inspection photos and reports

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in final or pre-shipping inspection
• Specific experience within the Textiles or Apparel industry
• Proven ability to check outer boxes, shipping marks, and packaging assortments
• Experience handling basic logistics paperwork
• College diploma or higher
• Proficient in basic computer operations
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including potential weekend shifts
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable personality
