About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and organizing daily and weekly performance reports for front-end inspectors (including pending reports, late reports, photo completeness, etc.)
- Provide remote support for on-site inspectors' inspection processes and answer basic questions regarding PEO services
- Assist in communicating with Account Managers (AM), coordinators, ITL, and managers; participate in the training and follow-up of new resources (inspectors, suppliers, geographic information, online training, and other related documents)
- Complete other auxiliary tasks assigned by the management team
