Pensions Project Support

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the delivery of pension projects, including GMP equalisation, mergers, and wind-ups
• Build and monitor project plans, track progress, and produce regular reports
• Assist with budget tracking, billing, and quality control processes
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
• Maintain accurate project documentation and audit trails
• Schedule post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
• Promote operational excellence and collaboration across WTW teams and external organisations

Requirements

• Proven experience in pensions project or programme delivery
• Strong knowledge of UK Defined Benefit pensions
• Project management certification (Prince2, APM, PMP, or CSM) or a willingness to obtain one
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
• Experience working effectively with clients, third parties, and internal teams
