Penetration Testing Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage penetration testing engagements across infrastructure, web, wireless, and applications
• Define engagement scope, objectives, testing methodology, and rules of engagement
• Perform advanced penetration testing using manual and automated techniques
• Identify, validate, and demonstrate security vulnerabilities and attack paths
• Review and validate penetration testing findings prior to customer delivery
• Present technical findings and executive summaries to customer stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop penetration testers within the Cybersecurity Practice
• Ensure compliance with NCSC Jordan licensing requirements and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in cybersecurity
• At least 5 completed penetration testing projects
• Valid NCSC-approved certification (e.g., CPENT, CEPT, OSCE, LPT, CPT, GPEN)
• Deep hands-on offensive skills across network, web, wireless, and application testing
• Proven leadership ability and experience presenting to client executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in cybersecurity or a related discipline
• Advanced credentials such as OSCE, CPENT, LPT, or GPEN
• Experience in red teaming or an MSSP/consultancy offensive practice
