Penetration Tester/Red Team

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute penetration tests for web applications, Windows/AD infrastructures, and networks
• Utilize and develop modern tools and frameworks such as Burp Suite, Nessus, nmap, Kali Linux, and Metasploit
• Create technical reports and management summaries
• Present and explain findings to clients
• Apply AI-supported methods in penetration testing and vulnerability analysis
• Support security workshops and awareness measures
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to team knowledge building

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in penetration testing or red teaming
• Foundational knowledge in application security, Windows/AD assessments, and web application attack vectors
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, eWPT, or CRTP are highly desirable
• Very good German language skills
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
