Penetration Tester

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform continuous cross-domain vulnerability assessments, full-scale penetration testing, and red team operations
• Conduct network and application security vulnerability analysis for commercial and federal mission systems
• Develop custom tools and exploits using programming knowledge to target unique client systems
• Perform open-source research to identify data leakage and potential vulnerabilities
• Lead technical aspects of long-term penetration testing efforts for the federal government
• Develop continuous campaign-based assessments that emulate real-world adversaries
• Document findings and provide remediation strategies to customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in areas such as penetration testing, red team operations, exploit development, or network security
• Proficiency in testing mobile operating systems, embedded systems, and IoT devices
• Proficiency with Windows, iOS, Android, Mac, or Linux
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Moderate competency in at least one scripting or coding language
• BS in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, EE, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to Top Secret
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with container technologies, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps pipelines
• Security certifications such as CEH, OSCP, PNPT, or Security+
• Experience with advanced forensic tools and attack reconstruction
• MS degree in a technical field
