Penetration Test Lead/IT Security Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Pilot and structure the penetration testing program in coordination with security leads and testers
• Define and monitor a multi-year penetration testing plan
• Prioritize testing campaigns based on business stakes and criticality levels
• Plan and coordinate internal and external interventions
• Organize scoping meetings with application owners (PO)
• Facilitate the provision of environments and tools necessary for tests
• Organize result restitution meetings and ensure transfer to remediation teams
• Track vulnerability treatment progress and implement KPIs
• Produce dashboards and ensure reporting and compliance

Requirements

• Solid general IT culture
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity issues and penetration testing
• 3 years of confirmed experience in project management
• Ability to lead meetings and coordinate technical and business stakeholders
• Organizational rigor and ability to prioritize
