Peloton Expert

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail showroom traffic and initiate conversations with potential members
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through face-to-face consultations and product demonstrations
• Provide personalized service and product storytelling to maintain a premium showroom environment
• Manage a book of business using Salesforce to track leads and follow up on trials
• Execute strategic phone and email outreach for product launches and community events
• Act as a subject matter expert on Peloton software, apparel, and fitness content
• Maintain impeccable visual and physical store standards

Requirements

• Significant experience in face-to-face retail or hospitality
• Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales goals
• Enthusiastic, engaging, and polished demeanor
• Passion for health, wellness, and the Peloton mission
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Proficiency with Apple products and MS Office
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
