Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and solutions to all current and future Members
• Stay current with new products, features, and content
• Help customers find the right product fit for their needs
• Meet or exceed established performance goals
• Contribute to store activities including inventory management, merchandising, and marketing
• Engage in cross-departmental initiatives including community events and Member Support

Requirements

• Sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift 25 lbs or more
• Approachable, empathetic, and team-oriented mindset
