Pelleting Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate pelleting machinery and supporting equipment including coolers, crushers, and sifters
• Adjust parameters and monitor operations to ensure feed pellet quality meets process standards
• Execute production plans and troubleshoot common issues such as machine blockages, uneven particle size, or moisture abnormalities
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on key components like dies and rollers
• Record critical process data including temperature, steam pressure, current, and output
• Assist with the replacement and debugging of dies and rollers to optimize efficiency
• Adhere to safety protocols, including dust explosion prevention and electrical safety
• Maintain a clean workspace in compliance with 5S management requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or vocational school degree
• Mechanical or electromechanical major preferred
• Experience with shrimp feed pelleting machines is a plus
• Familiarity with pelleting processes and troubleshooting methods
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to work shifts or night shifts
