PEGA Tech Lead II

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega
• Implement best practices in PEGA architecture, design, and coding
• Review the work of developers and testers to ensure technical and functional quality
• Document requirements and functional designs while leading test execution
• Identify technical risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and motivate members to achieve deliverables
• Manage team productivity, resource utilization, and onboarding processes
• Collaborate effectively within a global offshore/onshore model

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in PEGA
• Advanced knowledge of PRPC Architecture and all design/implementation features
• Hands-on experience in the Healthcare domain and frameworks
• Proven experience guiding project teams in BPM/BRE solution development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile processes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

• Pega CSSA certification
• Knowledge of Pega Smart Claim Engine (SCE)
• Experience with large-scale system modernizations to the Pega platform
• Experience with Pega administration activities, including installation, configuration, and security protocols
