Pega Lead System Architect

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise for Pega development and brand new workflows
• Define specific solution processes, business requirements, and functional requirements to realize business opportunities
• Work with other architects to ensure proposed capabilities fit into the overall solution architecture
• Manage integration requirements across different systems and review deliverables to meet business imperatives
• Guide the implementation team from initial design through to final deployment
• Lead quality checking, improve testing processes, and reduce defect rates in QA and production
• Provide technical thought leadership in Pega design, incorporating Agentic AI and genAI capabilities
• Collaborate with business architects to align detailed requirements with benefits realization phases

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in BPM with a focus on Pega in a Lead Architect role
• Pega Lead Solution Architect (LSA) certification
• Fluency in both Japanese and English to communicate with business and IT stakeholders in Japan
• Deep hands-on expertise in Pega development
• Knowledge of latest Agentic AI and genAI capabilities within the Pega ecosystem
