Pega Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain applications utilizing Pega methodologies and frameworks
• Implement business process flows, case management, and decision rules
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Configure user interfaces, reports, and data models within the Pega platform
• Perform comprehensive testing and debugging to guarantee high-quality results
• Collaborate with project managers and QA to translate requirements into innovative solutions
• Engage in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience as a Developer
• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and case management processes
• Proficiency in SQL database management and optimization
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of Pega integration tools such as SOAP, REST, and JMS
• Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) certification
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• CSSA (Senior System Architect) certification
• Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of application security and performance optimization
