About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and configuration of Pega BPM/Case Management applications for multiple clients
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Implement Pega solution configurations including rule design, case types, and integrations
  • Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and optimization recommendations post-implementation
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Pega to ensure best practices are followed

Requirements

  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
  • Strong hands-on experience in Pega BPM and Pega Case Management
  • Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles delivering Pega solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Pega Infinity versions is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of SOAP, REST, and web services integration
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
