About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and configuration of Pega BPM/Case Management applications for multiple clients
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Implement Pega solution configurations including rule design, case types, and integrations
- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and optimization recommendations post-implementation
- Act as a subject matter expert in Pega to ensure best practices are followed
Requirements
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega BPM and Pega Case Management
- Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Proven experience in client-facing roles delivering Pega solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Pega Infinity versions is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of SOAP, REST, and web services integration
- Ability to work in an agile environment
