About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide outreach and intensive case management services for assigned participants in Spokane County
  • Assist participants with housing, benefits, and access to community resources
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with crisis stabilization facilities, mental health providers, and other community programs
  • Engage participants in the community, at referral locations, or service provider facilities
  • Advocate for participants within public systems and with service providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participant records
  • Help participants create SMARTT goals to inspire healthy and productive living

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Lived experience as a current or past recipient of behavioral health services and/or involvement in the criminal legal system (must be able to support participants without impairing own active recovery)
  • Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance
  • Acceptable driving record per company policy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous case management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
