Pediatrician Liaison Team Lead

MeBe Family is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches through ABA, Speech, and OT services.

Responsibilities

• Act as a player-coach, balancing team leadership with personal outreach to generate referrals for ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services
• Own Liaison team performance, including KPI attainment, consistency of execution, and relationship quality
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance improvement plans for team members
• Support hiring, selection, and onboarding of new Liaisons
• Lead weekly field trainings focused on message refinement, objection handling, and relationship building
• Monitor and report weekly KPIs, ensuring CRM hygiene and data accuracy
• Manage administrative tasks including collateral ordering, timecard approval, and mileage reimbursement reports
• Plan and project manage special events for specific sites

Requirements

• Experience in community outreach, referral development, or business development in ABA
• Strong organizational and coaching skills
• Experience supporting team training or mentorship
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and mapping tools (e.g., Badger Maps)
• Ability to balance leadership duties with active personal outreach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
