Pediatrician Liaison

MeBe Family is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches through multi-disciplines including ABA, OT and Speech.

Responsibilities

• Build smart, consistent outreach and follow-up across the territory
• Create genuine, long-term relationships with pediatric providers and referral partners
• Explain MeBe's services, age ranges, diagnoses, and enrollment availability
• Walk providers through the referral process from first contact to start of services
• Manage a 4-week forward-looking calendar of outreach, meetings, and events
• Coordinate engaging internal and external events to drive high-quality leads
• Track and categorize outreach activity accurately in the CRM
• Develop or refresh marketing materials and distribute collaboration-of-care reports

Requirements

• Clear, confident written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to maintain and cultivate professional relationships
• Comfortable with daily accountability on key metrics (account touchpoints, leads, referrals)
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass VA state and FBI background checks, including a sex offender background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communication
• Experience in healthcare or ABA
• Previous experience as a Behavior Technician
