About the Company

Capio Alva BUMM is an established pediatric and adolescent medicine clinic with several units in Stockholm. Our facilities are modern and bright, located near the New Karolinska Hospital in Solna. We work in an open work climate with short decision paths, present managers, and a strong tradition of education.

Responsibilities

• Participate in outpatient clinic work within general pediatrics, including referral assessment, investigation, and follow-up
• Collaborate closely with nurses, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure patient safety
• Supervise ST-doctors (specialist trainees) and students
• Contribute actively to quality and development work
• Develop personal areas of responsibility and participate in projects regarding digitalization or child rights

Requirements

• Specialist in pediatric and adolescent medicine
• Professional confidence in your role
• Engaged, non-prestige-driven, and proactive personality
• Ability to put the child's best interest at the center

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in outpatient care or BUMM
• Experience supervising ST-doctors and students
• Interest in neuropsychiatry, allergy, asthma, or obesity
