About the Company

Capio Alva BUMM is an established child and adolescent medicine operation with several clinics in Stockholm. We have recently opened a new clinic in Södertälje, located in Gneta, where we provide care commissioned by the region. Our facility is newly established in modern, renovated premises, offering a calm and pleasant environment with short decision paths and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient work in general pediatrics, including medical assessment, investigation, and follow-up
• Conduct primarily planned patient visits with the opportunity to follow patients over time
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other professionals to ensure patient and family security
• Provide consultation and support to primary care
• Handle administrative tasks related to patient flows
• Supervise ST-doctors (specialist trainees) and students
• Participate actively in quality and development work

Requirements

• Specialist in child and adolescent medicine
• Professional confidence in your medical role
• Engaged, unprejudiced, and proactive personality
• Commitment to putting the child's best interest at the center

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in outpatient care or BUMM
• Experience supervising ST-doctors and students
• Interest in specific areas such as neuropsychiatry, gastroenterology, or obesity
