Pediatric Surgeon

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically treat medical conditions in newborns, children, and adolescents
• Perform complex surgical procedures with precision and compassion
• Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care
• Educate families regarding surgical procedures and recovery processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Stay current with the latest advancements in pediatric surgical techniques

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completed residency in General Surgery and fellowship in Pediatric Surgery
• Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Surgery
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric surgical practice
• Active and valid medical license
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
