Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders
• Use therapeutic procedures to improve speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing support and information
• Educate and inform parents and guardians regarding patient progress and care

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current state license/certification
• Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Competency in applying principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in speech therapy
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in pediatric speech pathology
