Pediatric Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and support territory sales goals for Similac and PediaSure in hospital and office service areas
• Manage hospital negotiations and contracting processes
• Deliver comprehensive product knowledge, clinical studies, and protocols in a selling environment
• Execute new product launches effectively
• Collaborate with key hospital departments including NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, and Nursing units
• Work closely with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses to drive product adoption
• Manage territory budgets and administrative tasks with high autonomy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of healthcare sales experience
• Clinical experience (Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse preferred)
• Proven success and stability in a sales role
• Strong knowledge of hospital settings, specifically within pediatrics
• Ability to travel within the San Antonio/Fredricksburg/Kerrville/Victoria areas, including approximately two overnights per month
