Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Partner with pediatricians and advanced care practitioners to provide preventive, primary, and urgent care in homes and at the institute
• Provide highly personalized nursing care and develop strong relationships with pediatric members
• Perform minor procedures including vaccinations, phlebotomy, and peripheral IV insertion
• Conduct point-of-care testing such as rapid COVID, flu, and strep testing
• Perform sample collection and processing using institute lab equipment
• Compile visit summaries and manage necessary medical forms and paperwork
• Triage member calls for potential sick visits
• Provide patient education regarding medication kits, telemedicine tools, and acute/chronic condition management
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Perform administrative tasks including inventory management and supply ordering

Requirements

• Current Registered Nursing License
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing RN
• Regular experience in phlebotomy and IV placement
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
