Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate functional ability through standardized tests, clinical observation, and patient/family interviews
• Create individualized treatment and educational plans and provide patient/family counseling
• Consult with multi-disciplinary team members to create collaborative treatment plans
• Provide individual therapy sessions, group sessions, and co-treats with other disciplines
• Maintain patient records, documentation, and appropriate billing in accordance with regulations
• Develop and implement innovative treatment plans to maximize functional potential
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs that complement treatment
• Contribute to program development

Requirements

• Current state license in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT certification
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• 2-3 years of experience working as an OT with pediatric population
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
