Responsibilities

• Partner with Atria physicians to provide exceptional care in a state-of-the-art facility and in members' homes
• Collaborate with CMOs to provide Preventive Care, Well Visits & Comprehensive Health Assessments
• Provide urgent Home Care visits with flexibility for weekend and off-hours on-call coverage
• Provide comprehensive Primary Care to the pediatric population and occasional cross-coverage of adult patients
• Perform minor procedures including peripheral IV insertion, wound care, vaccinations, and phlebotomy
• Manage documentation and maintenance of Medical Records
• Conduct telehealth visits and electronic prescribing of medications

Requirements

• Current FL NP license
• 2+ years of working experience as an NP
• Experience with vaccinations, phlebotomy, catheterization, intravenous line placement, and medication administration (IV, IM, nebulizer)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to adapt to various Point of Care Testing modalities and devices
