Pediatric Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop effective selling skills through phone-based sales to field customer account locations
• Manage assigned field territories, including coverage of active vacant territories
• Maintain monthly budgetary responsibilities for the respective territory
• Participate in field sales force training, marketing promotions, and product extension programs
• Receive mentorship and coaching to enhance professionalism and call quality
• Influence product decisions of healthcare professionals (HCPs) within pediatric/family practices and WIC clinics
• Manage HCP concerns regarding nutritional products, patient conditions, and reimbursement issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (preferred in Communication, Business, or Human Ecology/Food and Nutrition)
• Effective selling skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in computer skills and the use of marketing databases
• Ability to live in or relocate to Columbus, OH for the duration of the assignment
• Willingness to relocate to various cities throughout the country to obtain a U.S. Field Sales position

• Knowledge and passion for Abbott Nutrition products (Similac®, PediaSure®, and Pedialyte®)
• High level of adaptability and coachability
