Pediatric Dentist

Responsibilities

• Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
• Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT, to optimize overall practice operations.
• Foster a patient-centric environment where children and families feel comfortable and eager for their dental visits.
• Tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs using cutting-edge technology and top-tier materials.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university.
• Active state dental license in good standing.
• Passionate commitment to patient care and high ethical standards.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience post-residency is preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply).
