Responsibilities
- Plan activities for the after-school program (fritidshemmet)
- Ensure students' time during after-school hours is meaningful
- Provide personalized interaction to meet each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with school leadership and colleagues to develop the school
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
Requirements
- High school diploma (gymnasieexamen)
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in teams
- Strong communication skills
- Appreciation for outdoor pedagogy and working outdoors in all seasons
- Must be able to provide a clean criminal record (belastningsregister)
