PDP Planner

Responsibilities

• Materialize flow constraints within planning tools
• Construct and validate production plans with the manufacturing team to meet demand
• Manage capacities and stocks in alignment with long-term strategic objectives and short-term constraints
• Implement palliative solutions in the event of deviations and communicate impacts
• Ensure load/capacity adequacy for critical workstations across the portfolio horizon
• Actively participate in budget construction
• Develop various budgetary scenarios in partnership with production sectors to find optimal compromises

Requirements

• University degree (HES, EPFL, or equivalent)
• Strong mastery of supply chain fundamentals
• Professional experience in a supply chain environment
• Excellent listening skills and ability to propose proactive solutions
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
• High capacity for analysis, autonomy, and rigor
