PDE MRDA Shift Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tests and experiments to support Metrology (Metro) and RDA process development in wafer fabrication.
• Execute test runs and prepare records, charts, and data analysis for engineering review to identify yield issues.
• Provide hands-on technical support to PDE engineering activities in pilot and production environments.
• Analyze measurement data to deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Implement and sustain solutions within HBM pilot line manufacturing.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate process abnormalities quickly.
• Support engineering experiments, Design of Experiments (DOEs), and line qualifications.
• Troubleshoot chronic tool issues and drive long-term fixes.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Semiconductor Backend Assembly Manufacturing.
• Experience in Project/Process Integration, Project/program Management, Technology Development, or Process Engineering is preferred.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
