PDC Operations Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the Operations Leadership team and logistics partners to coordinate inbound freight and 3PL/OSS transfers
• Support the Operations Planning Team Lead with summary analysis for Kaizen initiatives and pilot project implementation
• Assist the PDC Management Team with KPI reporting and year-over-year performance analysis
• Monitor and track inbound shipments to ensure adherence to arrival windows and carrier performance
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve inbound issues to maintain accuracy
• Manage PDC administrative tasks including expense reports, supply ordering via Kanban, and maintaining organizational charts
• Support the implementation of special programs and initiatives between Head Office and the PDC

Requirements

• University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline, or 2 years of equivalent parts operations experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced expertise in MS Excel
• Experience with SAP WMS (or related systems) and SharePoint
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
