PD Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop new product solutions to meet customer needs, specifically focusing on film label design projects.
• Drive R&D projects and technology platforms across multiple divisions and countries in the Asia Pacific region.
• Collaborate with product managers, business development, and sales teams to identify and transform market opportunities into real products.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain functions to develop and qualify new materials.
• Provide technical support to various functions and maintain connections with global technical experts for effective communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in New Product Development with a proven track record of project delivery.
• Master's degree or above in Material Science, Printing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) with a required CET-6 certification.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and translate customer needs into technical specifications.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills within cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in film or adhesive-related development.
• Knowledge of the paper, coating, or printing industries, including label and packaging applications.
