PCS Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance (PM & CPM) routines per SOPs to ensure equipment uptime.
• Conduct failure analysis and root-cause troubleshooting using scripting and data tools.
• Monitor equipment and process performance, flagging deviations and proposing inline adjustments.
• Partner with Engineering and Production teams to support system setup, calibration, and maintenance scheduling.
• Identify and implement improvement projects to increase MTBF and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Maintain strict compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols and clean-room requirements.

Requirements

• 8 years of related technical experience.
• Proficiency in preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or technical school certification.
• Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with Pump, Scrubber, or Chiller (PCS) systems.
