PCS Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Communicate with employees, case managers, and clients professionally
• Provide specialized educational training to attendants based on client diagnosis
• Attend team meetings and required training sessions
• Provide direct services to clients if backup PCA is unavailable
• Manage scheduling according to service plans and authorized hours
• Complete initial evaluations of assistance needed for activities of daily living
• Ensure attendants understand Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
• Support attendants in coordination with HR to improve performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of Personal Care Services (Medicaid) and state requirements
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift 50+ pounds, and move intermittently
• Texas specific: Licensed RN in good standing OR at least two years (60 credit hours) of college-level education (management experience may substitute for college years)
