About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of advisory and dealing professionals
- Build a strong team through referrals and internal hiring
- Execute trades on behalf of clients aligned with investment strategies
- Provide expert advisory services to enhance Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Promote and cross-sell third-party products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, SIP, AIF, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits
- Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct client meetings to review portfolio performance and provide recommendations
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree
- 8-9 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in team leadership
- Minimum 6 months of equity dealing experience with an Indian broking firm
- Hands-on experience in broking and understanding of financial products
- Proven track record managing HNI and UHNI clients
- Mandatory NISM Series VIII certification
- Expertise in client acquisition and sales target achievement
- Prior experience in the broking industry
