About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors and clients
- Service clients in a professional manner and respond to routine inquiries
- Provide clients with requested information such as account balances and stock quotes
- Assist with department mailing, filing projects, and processing account forms
- Maintain appropriate account records and prepare client correspondence
Requirements
- Current college student working toward a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in the financial services industry
