PCC Program Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate value streams for the PCC strategic development program with a specific focus on execution in India
• Act as a primary point of contact and communication for India leadership regarding program status and key milestones
• Lead horizontal strategies across value streams to drive consistency in project management, business analysis, and testing
• Drive automation for common activities including reporting, training, and operational readiness
• Support large-scale transformation efforts, including the migration to Temenos Transact and SWIFT ISO 20022 messaging formats
• Ensure business needs are met through effective platform conversions and business readiness activities

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably within large-scale transformation projects
• Proven experience in Business Analysis within banking, payments, custody, or cash management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and payments processing concepts
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and process mapping
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DDA platforms or transaction banking
• Background in back-office operations, including payment initiations or using HGN/IBS applications
• Experience supporting large migration programs in a highly regulated environment
