About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostic techniques on all on-site miners
- Execute micro-soldering techniques for miner repairs
- Maintain inventory of ASIC miner parts in the repair room
- Track repaired miners and submit proper work orders
- Perform circuitry repairs on ASIC Hash Boards
- Lead multiple R&D projects
- Monitor and test experimental firmware versions
- Train Level 2 Technicians
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Physical ability to climb ladders and access tight spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a data center environment with heat and noise
Preferred Qualifications
- Antminer or Whatsminer repair certifications
